Carnarvon Specialist Visits

Carnarvon Medical Service facilitates the visitation of various specialists to Carnarvon on a quarterly and monthly basis.

Specialist & Allied Health Services include:

• Cardiology
• Respiratory
• Pediatrics
• Optometry
• Dietician
• Diabetes Education
• Podiatrists
• Audiologist
• Physiotherapy
• Ear, Nose & Throat.
• Renal Education

As the specialists continue to provide our clinic with dates we will update the specialist list in our events calendar. That way, you can see when the specialist is coming. Please note our specialists do not book in advance dates for the full year.

If for any reason our specialists change their dates we will contact clients who are booked for appointments and will also place the updated specialist visiting dates on the notice board in the waiting room.

Please note if you are unable to make your specialist appointment you are required to inform specialist nurse & specialist clerk, so an appointment can be rescheduled for a later date.

How do I see a visiting specialist?

• To see the visiting specialists at Carnarvon Medical Service you must have a referral from the Doctor.
• A referral is valid for 12 months.
• If you still need to see the visiting specialists after 12 months you will need a new referral from the Doctor.
