The GRAMS Tackling Indigenous Smoking (TIS) and GRAM youth engagement team, Deadly Cru visited Yalgoo and Mt Magnet for the first week of school holidays to provide smoke free education through fun and engaging activities.
The teams had an awesome time educating and providing the kids with fun activities whilst highlighting the negative effects of tobacco and how we can adopt smoke free habits to lead heathier and longer lives.
One of the activities was to design and paint a banner relating to creating a smoke free community and the kids from Yalgoo and Mt Magnet did a fantastic job with expressing their creativity and they should be really proud of their work.
The GRAMS teams even had some activities for the adults who enjoyed themselves and scored themselves one of the new smoke free home welcome mats!
