GRAMS clients may have noticed the reception staff wearing the following shirts in early March.
This is to mark the very first Blue Tree Memorial Walk for the community of Mount Magnet.
This event aims to bring awareness about Suicide Prevention and to provide Postvention information.
The community of Mount Magnet through the Suicide Prevention Reference Group facilitated by GRAMS Suicide Prevention Coordinator Maxine Ryder, specifically requested this event for their community.
A special thanks go to the reception staff for advertising the event by wearing the Mt Magnet memorial walk shirts prior to the event.
We offer our thanks to Yulella, Shire of Mt Magnet, GSAC staff Cecilia Kelly and Roy George, Thirilli, GRAMS Mount Magnets Outreach staff, and guest speakers Darryn Ryder from Mt Magnet and Patricia Councillor from Thirilli.
