Register For Your Compensation | Stolen Wages Class Action

In November 2023 a class action was successful in the Western Australian government on behalf of Indigenous Australians who worked in WA between 1936-1972 who were paid little to no wages.

To be a part of the settlement you need to:

• Be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
• between 11 December 1936 and 9 June 1972, you lived in Western Australia and worked at some time or had your property controlled in that period; 
• OR representing a family member who fits the criteria but has since passed away.

You MUST register by 30th June 2024 to be a part of this settlement.

• Come into GRAMS for a registration pack.
